LEASE TO LEGACY

PARTNER PILOT · VERSION 2026-10-16

Participation with purpose.

Membership and professional responsibility

Participation is invitation-only through a brokerage relationship or an existing approved member referral. Each new invitation includes a private link and a separate six-digit code tied to one email address and professional role. Both are required for professional signup. An existing verified account must use both to claim its invitation. A code becomes invalid after successful signup or claim, and unused invitations expire after 14 days. Five incorrect code attempts lock an invitation. Existing approved accounts do not need a new code to sign in. Lease to Legacy reviews each professional profile and may approve, decline or pause access. Submit accurate identity, company, licensing and service-area details. Maintain the authorization required for your professional work and promptly report any change. Profile changes return to review before the updated listing becomes available. Existing introductions close when profile changes are submitted; a buyer must make a new request after reapproval.

Buyer choice and limited information

A buyer must choose a specific professional and authorize an introduction. You receive only their name and email, plus a phone number or limited roadmap summary if they expressly choose to share those. Membership does not provide access to buyer assessments, financial answers, private toolkit entries or a general consumer database.

Use the information only to respond to that introduction. Do not sell, export for unrelated marketing, disclose onward, upload to AI tools or contact through channels beyond the buyer’s permission. Protect your account and any information you receive. When a buyer withdraws, stop using platform-supplied information for further outreach unless they separately authorize continued contact. Follow any independent professional recordkeeping obligations. A withdrawal cannot recall information you already received.

Independent services

Lease to Legacy provides educational preparation and introductions. It does not determine loan eligibility, promise assistance funding or guarantee a transaction. Membership is not an employment relationship or an endorsement of a particular loan or provider. An introduction does not establish representation or authorize credit checks. Any professional services, disclosures, representation agreement or loan application require a separate process with the buyer. Respect the buyer’s ability to choose other professionals and provide service fairly.

Pilot scope and fees

This pilot has no platform subscription charge or referral fee. It does not promise leads or exclusivity. Matching suggestions use roadmap milestones and the buyer’s selected purchase state matched to a professional’s listed primary license state. Buyers review service areas and choose each professional themselves. No consumer details are distributed automatically. Lender matching opens after the assistance and financial-record preparation tasks (or an existing self-reported preapproval). Realtor matching requires an active preapproval recorded by a connected, approved lender; the buyer must separately authorize that introduction. Recommendations of other professionals require owner review and approval.

Your CRM and shared journey

Your role-specific workspace stores client stages, target closing dates, private professional notes, follow-up tasks and appointments only for introductions the buyer authorized. Notes and checklist entries stay with the individual professional; they are not shared with other lenders or Realtors. Record only information the buyer supplies directly and use separate secure professional systems for sensitive documents. The platform never supplies assessment answers, private toolkit notes, account addresses or financial records to your workspace.

Buyers can see the stage, target closing date, lender-recorded preapproval expiration and appointments. New appointments are proposed until the buyer agrees or you confirm their agreement. Entries and calendar downloads do not send messages, send invitations or sync an outside calendar. Keep appointment titles and call details appropriate for display to the buyer. A recorded stage is a professional planning update, not a platform underwriting decision. Only a lender may record preapproval; verify its accuracy, expiration and any conditions independently.

Withdrawal stops future access to related client records, notes, checklists and appointments. A new introduction starts a new consent period; previous workspace records are not restored. Deleting buyer portal data removes linked workspace records. Suspension removes workspace access while paused.

Profile and participation records

After approval, your submitted professional profile is visible to signed-in buyers. We retain your invitation, profile, acceptance, review and introduction records to operate the pilot. Buyers can withdraw platform sharing or delete their portal records. For profile correction, membership closure or privacy questions, contact Lease to Legacy through the privacy request form in your signed-in account. The User Agreement and Privacy Notice also explains account and data practices.
